Appointments
Project scope, pricing, estimated time, access needs, and service dates will be agreed before work begins. Final service descriptions and rates will be included in the client’s booking confirmation.
Security deposit
A security deposit is required to reserve an appointment date. The deposit is currently collected through Venmo. The appointment is not reserved until the deposit is received.
Cancellations
If the client cancels, the security deposit is forfeited. It cannot be applied to the remaining balance or transferred to a future appointment.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling terms, including required notice and any fees, will be added after Christina confirms the final policy. Contact Christina as soon as possible if an appointment needs to move.
Client acknowledgment
Clients must acknowledge the deposit and cancellation policy before completing a booking.
